Team Building Experience with WWLTV

I’m an early riser. I love waking up in the early hours of the morning and embracing the gentile silence of dawn. This is the one time in the day that I get to experience some much coveted alone time. I typically have my Twelfth Night Coffee grinded from the night before. After turning off the 4:30am alarm, I head straight to the kitchen to get the morning brew going.

Twelfth Night Coffee's Alerion Blend

As the smell of Twelfth Night’s Alerion Blend emanates through the house I settle my mind with the first delicious sip. Sometimes I’ll read or work on a craft (which is a hobby of mine). But if I’m in a super chill mood I’ll kick back and tune into the WWLTV morning show.

Payton Malone brings me up to date on the latest forecast. Traffic analyst Collin Selley lets me know what to expect on the road. My favorite journalist Brandon Walker, Brheanna Boudreaux, Leslie Spoon, and Eric Paulson give us late braking news, exclusive stories, and thought provoking interviews. Tackling local, national, and international news is not always easy, but they do it with a sense of finesse and professionalism.

This week I had the pleasure of taking the crew from the morning show on a bicycle tour via Flambeaux Bicycle Tours. It was a team building ride for them, but an absolute treat for me. Over the years I got to know Mike McDaniel and have been featured in a few of his stories. I’ve gotten to know Brandon and Brheanna because they’re regulars at Twelfth Night Coffee. The first time I meet them, in good ole New Orleans fashion, I let them know they were my favorite journalist. For New Orleanians comradery and greeting people with endearments is a part of our culture. I always make a point of chatting with them at the cafe. You really never know what chance encounters can happen over a cup of coffee.

I proposed to them that it would be an honor to offer the journalist of the morning show a bicycle tour. To my delight they took me up on the offer. As I perceived the whole crew were a delight. They even featured the bike tour that I gave them on the show!

Opinion all mine, Channel 6, 8, and 26 have a following. But as for me and my house channel 4 is the best! I’ve watched channel 4 my whole life. Eric Paulson and Sally-Ann Roberts were staples in my home growing up. Want to know what’s happening in the city, learn a new recipe, hear the hottest new band? The channel 4 morning show has it all!

Thanks for sharing your experience ya’ll!!! It means the world to us!
